To respond to your enquiries, arrange callbacks and communicate with you about the AutoHunter service.

To understand your vehicle requirements and help you explore suitable vehicles through our trusted partner, Carpow.

Where you request or agree to a referral, to facilitate an introduction to Carpow for finance eligibility assessment, vehicle selection and related assistance.

To operate, maintain, secure and improve our website and services, and to meet our legal obligations.

3. Sharing Information With Carpow and Others

With your knowledge or authorisation, we may provide relevant enquiry and contact information to Carpow so that it can contact you and assist with the services you have requested.

Carpow and any relevant lenders or service providers may collect additional information directly from you and apply their own privacy notices, lending criteria and processes. Please review the privacy information provided by Carpow before supplying sensitive financial information.

We may also share information with service providers who support our website, communications, hosting or security, where reasonably necessary, and with authorities when required or authorised by law.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

4. Finance Referrals and Commission

AutoHunter is not a lender and does not make credit decisions or provide finance approvals. Finance enquiries and applications are handled by Carpow and relevant lending providers, as applicable, subject to their assessment and responsible lending requirements.

AutoHunter may receive a referral commission from Carpow if an eligible referred vehicle sale or finance transaction is successfully completed. This disclosure does not change your privacy rights.
